The Fourteenth Amendment, Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. This bill allows any person selling raw milk or cream to an
individual for his or her own use to do so without a permit from
the State Milk Board within the Department of Agriculture. If
there is reasonable cause to believe that the raw milk or cream
being sold is adulterated, it will be subject to inspection by
the board.*
